Welcome to A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor. By booking our services, renting our equipment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation & Booking

A reservation is not guaranteed until a signed agreement (if applicable) and any required deposit have been received.

  • Dates and inventory are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor reserves the right to decline any reservation at its discretion.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Remaining balances are due prior to or on the day of setup unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods will be outlined during booking.

  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Outdoor events may be affected by severe weather conditions.

  • In cases of unsafe weather, A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor may:

  • Reschedule services when possible.

  • Offer a credit toward a future booking.

  • Modify setup plans to ensure safety.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related cancellations.

4. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery and setup times will be coordinated in advance.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is accessible and safe.

  • Setup areas must be reasonably clean, level, and free of hazards.

  • We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe. Examples include:
    Excessive mud
    Gravel surfaces for inflatables
    Standing water
    Unsafe electrical access
    Uneven ground

5. Equipment Responsibility

  • The customer assumes responsibility for rented equipment during the rental period.

  • Customers agree to:

  • Supervise children and guests appropriately.

  • Prevent misuse of rented equipment.

  • Protect equipment from damage, theft, vandalism, and weather exposure.

  • The customer may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional damage.

6. Inflatables & Children's Equipment

  • For inflatable rentals:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, silly string, face paint, and pets are prohibited on inflatables.

  • Equipment must not be moved once installed.

  • Occupancy limits provided by A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor must be followed.

  • Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

7. Balloon Decor

  • Balloon installations are temporary decorative products.

  • Customers acknowledge that:

  • Balloon colors may vary slightly due to manufacturer availability and lighting conditions.

  • Balloons are affected by weather, temperature, sunlight, wind, and environmental factors.

  • Outdoor balloon decor has a shorter lifespan than indoor installations.

  • A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor cannot guarantee balloon longevity after installation is completed.

8. Customer Property

  • Customers are responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables at event locations.

  • A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor is not responsible for:

  • Lost items

  • Stolen property

  • Damage to personal belongings unrelated to our services

9. Photography & Marketing

  • A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor may photograph completed setups for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

  • If you do not wish for your event setup to be photographed or shared, please notify us in writing before the event date.

  • We will never intentionally identify children by name without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Losses arising from misuse of rented equipment

  • Customers assume responsibility for the safe use of all rented items.

11. Force Majeure

  • A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Power outages

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Acts of God

12. Changes to Terms

  • A&A Kids Party Rentals & Decor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
